2. Select Your Options

Choose your preferred size, linen color from the available options, and framing style.

3. I’ll Reach Out to Personalize

After your order is placed, I’ll reach out via email within 24–48 hours to confirm the name, color selection, and layout preferences.

Only select customization options are available at this time (name + color).

4. Handmade with Heart

Each Companion Co. piece is felted by hand using high-quality wool and crafted with care.

Please allow 2–4 weeks for creation before shipping.

5. Shipping Timeline

Once your keepsake is complete, it will be packaged with care and shipped to your door.

Shipping time is in addition to creation time, and delivery dates may vary based on location.

6. Ready to Display

Framed pieces arrive ready to hang or gift.
